I thoroughly enjoy Manue’s Yoga sessions, they bring me joy and help me reconnect with my body which suffers from spending long hours in front of the computer during the week. Her classes start with a course of controlled abdominal exercises, to heat up your core and get you prepared to move better and with less risk of injury. This is followed by a series of Sun Salutation exercises that gradually build up into a more complex flow. Manue backs up her explanations with facts about how the body works physiologically which help you visualise better what is required. She is also very encouraging and supportive, recognising each body and practice session is different and continually repeats to do what feels good for you each time. Her gorgeous French accent and witty sense of humour is the cherry on the top!"
